Smart AI Detection
Detect facial recognition and vehicles accurately while reducing false alarms and unwanted alerts.
Stop wasting time on false alarms. ViewIT's AI-powered cameras use facial recognition and vehicle detection to distinguish genuine security event and everyday movement like cars, couriers, or pets from actual intruder. For NZ businesses that have outgrown basic motion-triggered CCTV, this means fewer 3am alerts and faster response when something actually matters.
Why it Matters for Your Business
✓ Reduces false alerts that waste staff time
✓ Flags unfamiliar vehicles or people automatically
✓ Works day and night with consistent accuracy
Centralised CCTV Monitoring
Monitor multiple sites from one secure dashboard with real-time camera visibility.
Running more than one site? Monitor every location from a single retail store to a network of warehouses across Auckland, Bay of Plenty, and Christchurch from one secure dashboard. Business owners and managers get real-time visibility across all cameras without needing separate logins or hardware per site.
Why it Matters for Your Business
✓ One login for every site, every camera
✓ Real-time visibility for multi-location NZ businesses
✓ No extra hardware needed per location
Smart Motion Search
Quickly locate incidents using intelligent motion detection and advanced video search.
When an incident happens, ViewIT's intelligent motion search lets you find the exact footage you need in minutes instead of scrubbing through hours of recordings. Search by time, location, or type of movement to quickly locate what matters critical for insurance claims, incident reports, or police requests.
Why it Matters for Your Business
✓ Cuts investigation time from hours to minutes
✓ Simplifies evidence gathering for insurance or police
✓ Reduces admin burden on business owners and staff
FEATURES
Business CCTV Features Built for New Zealand Small & Medium Businesses
ViewIT, a division of BTG, delivers cloud-based, AI-powered CCTV systems designed specifically for New Zealand SMBs; retailers, warehouses, offices, and multi-site operators who need reliable security without an in-house IT team. Every ViewIT system is powered by NX Witness and fully managed by our local team, from installation through to ongoing support, so business owners can focus on running their business instead of managing cameras.
Remote Camera Access
Access live and recorded CCTV footage from desktop, mobile, or tablet anywhere.
Check in on your business from anywhere; desktop, mobile, or tablet. Whether you're off-site, travelling, or simply not on the shop floor, ViewIT gives NZ business owners live and recorded footage access without being tied to an on-premises monitor.
Why it Matters for Your Business
✓ Monitor your business while travelling or off-site
✓ Works on any device, no special software required
✓ Ideal for owners managing multiple locations
Fully Managed CCTV Service
Monthly CCTV service including support, maintenance, updates, and system management.
Unlike DIY camera kits, ViewIT is a fully managed monthly service. That includes maintenance, software updates, technical support, and system management handled by our team, not yours. For SMBs without dedicated IT staff, this removes the burden of keeping a security system running and up to date.
Why it Matters for Your Business
✓ No IT expertise required in-house
✓ Predictable monthly cost instead of surprise repair bills
✓ Local NZ support when you need it
Cloud CCTV Storage
Secure cloud video storage with flexible footage retention based on your business needs.
Footage is stored securely in the cloud, with flexible retention periods based on what your business actually needs whether that's 7 days or several months. No on-site NVR to maintain, no risk of a stolen or damaged hard drive wiping your evidence.
Why it Matters for Your Business
✓ Footage is safe even if on-site hardware is damaged or stolen
✓ Retention flexibility to match your budget and risk profile
✓ Accessible from anywhere, anytime
